I appreciated the thoughtful surprise prepared for my daughter. A tent filled with toys and books. it showed the effort the staff put into making our stay nice. the room itself was spacious. their attention to creating a good experience left us with wonderful memories (i'll definitely be back!).

i didn't like that some days there was breakfast, and some days there wasn't. you had to 'order' breakfast on those days. it might not matter to most people, but when travelling with children it is the high point of their day, to see the buffet.

the hotel is centrally located and a short walk to the squares, great for easy access to many attractions. it is also conveniently near public transportation options, including a tram line for exploring further afield.

bottled water was provided daily, a simple but appreciated amenity. the hotel offers parking in the basement, very useful, but the entrance to the underground garage is narrow (something to be aware of).

the staff left a tent with toys and books for my daughter, such a lovely surprise. the room was clean and spacious. i also appreciated the underground parking, it was very convenient. breakfast was also a plus, with delicious options.

my room was too warm, even with the fan on the coldest setting. the window could not be opened, and i didn't sleep well for two nights. i wish there was air conditioning to regulate the temperature better.
