family fun!

different staff pleasant surprise onsite parking evening activities
i was happy to find toys and kids' items. it was a great surprise. the hotel provided accessible onsite parking, a big plus. our room was spacious. i found the desk clerk helpful. he helped plan evening activities and suggested dinner places.
I had to pay extra to park the car. This was not ideal. i also wasn't keen on the extra stuffed animals in the room. i was traveling with kids. they have their own toys.

our room had ample space. it was very light on the top floor! i found it was a very super clean and cozy area for our stay.

the staff was lovely and remembered me. they even prepared the sauna. there was an accident. it blocked traffic for hours and they made our night much more enjoyable, we loved the attentiveness.

street noise unhelpful staff
The noise from the street was quite noticeable i suppose. trams and constant car traffic, even at night, made it hard to sleep. the windows didn't seem to block much sound. also, i wasn't thrilled with the reception staff. They seemed bored and not very helpful. getting any tips or even a friendly chat was out of the question.

the staff was friendly. the location was very convenient, near the main square. the buffet breakfast was great with many options. i found a short walk to the city center very pleasant.
the room i stayed in was too hot. the window could not be opened. i found no air conditioning even with the fan on the coldest setting. i barely slept for two nights, not ideal.

wonderful stay

warm room helpful staff convenient location
i found the location convenient for accessing main squares and trams to the train station. the room was warm, and i appreciated the fridge and safe. the restaurant staff were helpful (a real plus). there is an attached bakery offering coffee, tea, sandwiches, and cakes.
the parking fee was extra, which i hadn't expected.

wonderful family stay

thoughtful surprise spacious room
I appreciated the thoughtful surprise prepared for my daughter. A tent filled with toys and books. it showed the effort the staff put into making our stay nice. the room itself was spacious. their attention to creating a good experience left us with wonderful memories (i'll definitely be back!).
i didn't like that some days there was breakfast, and some days there wasn't. you had to 'order' breakfast on those days. it might not matter to most people, but when travelling with children it is the high point of their day, to see the buffet.

fantastic stay!

tent surprise clean room underground parking
the staff left a tent with toys and books for my daughter, such a lovely surprise. the room was clean and spacious. i also appreciated the underground parking, it was very convenient. breakfast was also a plus, with delicious options.
my room was too warm, even with the fan on the coldest setting. the window could not be opened, and i didn't sleep well for two nights. i wish there was air conditioning to regulate the temperature better.
