an ok stay
great location enjoyable breakfast uncleaned room extra charge
the location were good because it is close to the city center. they had breakfast and it were enjoyable because i could customize my food. i wasn't limited to what were consistently prepared daily.
the room wasn't cleaned regularly and that wasn't good. they had also an extra charge for the lotion and i were surprised since it is usually complimentary. the room also were quite small for its price.

The location is superb it's just a short walk to main attractions. i appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available in the lobby around the clock. the staff were helpful. They addressed my questions quickly.
i noticed a bit of noise from the street at night it was slight however.

malfunctioning tablet underfloor heating
The room controls were all managed through a tablet. the tablet malfunctioned . this meant i couldn't adjust the air conditioning. it also affected the underfloor heating in the bathroom. That floor stayed wet. the 'do not disturb' function also didn't work on the tablet, displaying only an error message.

perfect location free access good workspace limited selection ironing board missing hairdryer
the hotel location is perfect. i needed to visit several restaurants and they were very close. the yoga studio access was free , a nice benefit. there was also a good workspace near the lobby.
the toiletries were a disappointment. the limited selection was not what i expected given the price. i also noticed the absence of an ironing board in the room. it would have been convenient to have one readily available.

good location coffee machines ironing board hdmi adapter
the hotel had a good location close to shops. it also has churches and restaurants in the area. the hotel provide free coffee machines 24 hours.
the room did not have an ironing board. i could not use hdmi cables because there was no adapter available. i found this to be a limitation.
