mixed feelings about my stay

the breakfast selection was acceptable.

I was quite frustrated with the heating in the room. the temperature was stuck at 27 degrees celsius! the windows did not open, compounding the problem. I could not sleep for four nights because of this, even after turning off the radiator. the pillows were also shabby and not fluffy. They felt very mushy and uncomfortable.

the location is conveniently close to major attractions, i found it very easy to walk to the main square. the room was clean and quite spacious. breakfast provided a great choice, i especially enjoyed the variety of options.

The room proved to be poorly soundproofed. I could hear noises from outside.

The breakfast included fresh waffles. They were delicious. The staff was helpful and available. I had a very spacious family room. It included a separate bedroom. The kids playroom offered entertainment.

The pillows felt quite old and not very fluffy. They were a bit too mushy for my liking.

The location was fantastic (so central!) and allowed for easy exploration. i loved the water dispensers on every floor. It was a thoughtful and practical amenity.

The check-in felt a bit rushed. I would have appreciated a warmer welcome.
