A Lovely Boutique Getaway

The staff always give a warm welcome. The breakfast had so many options. I found the reception team to be really nice, Lison, Roses and Joyce. The bellman Kien helped me with luggage.
The hotel can get noisy at night. Sleep was difficult when loud guests were checked in next to my room. The hotel does not seem to have a policy to keep noise down after hours. I thought this was not perfect.

the service was excellent! kevin and lisson at the front desk met every need. the entire hotel was clean, and the breakfast, including a hot eggs station, was delicious. the bed was huge and comfortable.
the air conditioning in the corridors and restaurant was insufficient, causing discomfort. one dessert option was unavailable. dinner portions were small for the price.

the hotel is near the night market and beer street, very convenient. i stayed on the fifth floor in a beautiful room with a balcony. the room was very clean, and i found it easy to have a good night's sleep due to the quiet atmosphere.
The bathroom could benefit from some minor maintenance. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
