Options include studio, one-bedroom suite with lake view, two-bedroom suite with lake view, and three-bedroom suite with lake view. All residences have private balconies overlooking West Lake or the city. Rooms include air conditioning, tea/coffee maker, seating and dining areas, and a kitchen with stove, microwave, and refrigerator. They also provide a flat-screen TV with cable channels, safe, washing machine, and private bathroom with bath, shower, and hairdryer. Select rooms have an oven and dishwasher. All apartments have access to an elevator via a security keycard system.

Camellia Restaurant & Bar, located on the ground floor, provides a daily complimentary breakfast buffet and a-la-carte lunch.
