small elevators wet floor
The hotel's location right on the beach was acceptable. It was convenient for accessing the beachfront.
The elevators were small. Waiting reminded me of FOREVER. there were also issues with the shower. The floor would get wet, really dampening things.

the hotel is great location near the beach. the rooftop bar provided fine views. the team proved helpful, assisting with every request i made. i appreciated their dedication and responsiveness.
the gym had limited equipment, making it slightly difficult to complete my full workout.

fantastic stay
really good greeting executive room live music excellent service
Greeting upon arrival included sparkling wine and permission to use facilities like gym showers and the rooftop restaurant. my room was on the 18th floor and had a side view from the executive room balcony. i also enjoyed the blue note restaurant with its live band showcasing stevie wonder music. It was just a short walk away. the front desk service was excellent.
there was no free water in the room, a slight inconvenience. the kettle had to be plugged into the bathroom. the patio door was nearly impossible to open.

The gym had a view of the beach and copacabana. it provided a water refill station with fresh towels. This encouraged hydration and cleanliness. the rooftop pool area provided fine views.

a pleasant stay near the beach
comfortable bed strong shower bay view
my room on the ninth floor included a balcony facing the beach. i had ample space for luggage, which i appreciated. the bed offered good comfort and the shower had strong pressure. i found sitting on the balcony to watch the bay views very peaceful.
the lifts experienced some delays during peak times. this happened mostly during breakfast hours. it has to be said, there are twenty floors.

the location was prime. it was really easy to get to the beach. the staff were helpful and always available! i appreciated the quick service and attention to detail. the breakfast had many choices, including fresh pastries.
