Fantastic Beachfront Stay

beachfront location helpful staff good breakfast

This hotel is located directly across from the beach. The staff were helpful with information and requests. I enjoyed the breakfast food and the ambiance. It was better than other options I tried previously.

The rooftop pool area has a GREAT view and provides a relaxing space. There are two pools available, one for adults and another one for families. I used both pools. The water temperature felt comfortably warm.

The room was clean, and the bed was VERY comfortable. The pillows were amazing and extra large, I slept like a baby. My room had a great view. I could watch the sea.

The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. The staff showed cordiality and were ALWAYS ready to help. I hired a tour guide, Newton, through the concierge. He was excellent and showed me around.

The breakfast offered many choices. The rooftop swimming pool provided a amazing view. I appreciated the polite staff who extended my check-out time. It made my departure smooth. I could easily access the main sights using Uber.

The hotel seemed to have outdated features, showing its age.

Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff were very helpful. the room upgrade to an ocean view was a nice surprise (especially for my birthday!). the hotel location is ideal. It is right across the street from copacabana beach. a hotel tent provides towels and lounge chairs, made enjoying the beach simple.

the gym lacked some basic amenities. i did not find towels or soap readily available, it could use some updating.
