Acceptable Stay, but Some Definite Issues

The rooftop area was better in photos. The pool was very small. I expected more from the pool area. The room had some cleanliness issues, specifically noticeable dust. The walls are too thin. I heard everything happening in the corridor and adjacent rooms. The noise impacted the overall experience.

just okay, some dissapointments
difficult check-in
the check-in process proved difficult. despite requesting an early check-in two months prior, they could not accommodate me. i noticed other parties checked in early with welcome drinks, i did not get that. also, the swimming pool felt really tiny, it was not good even for a child to enjoy.
