mixed experience
well equipped great size stale smell dirty carpet
the room was a great size and it was well equipped.
upon entering our room, there was a strong stale smell, it was musty and damp smelling (it wasn't a great first impression). i opened the door to the outside seating area but i was unable to air the place. the carpet in the hallway on my floor was dirty and in places badly stained.

friendly employees helpful option easy communication
i found the employees at reception friendly. they are helpful when needed. a whatsapp service option was available. it ensured easy communication for any requests i had.
the balcony had a strange net. this net was torn and hanging loose. enjoying the outdoor space was impossible with it.
