A Nice Getaway

genuine care train station

The staff showed genuine care and warmth , the young gentlemen in the restaurant were always smiling. The location near the beach and the train station made exploring effortless, this hotel is special. I found it easy to walk to the sea.

The hotel offered limited tv channels in english, this made unwinding in the evenings a bit difficult. I wished for more english content to enhance my relaxation.

pleasant staff hard-working staff unfriendly receptionist rude response

the restaurant staff worked hard and were pleasant. also, the room cleaning staff did a fine job.

the receptionist was not friendly . when we asked about double beds, her response was dry and rude, suggesting we cancel the room if it did not suit us without offering other options. this attitude negatively impacted our experience at the hotel.

The food was pretty good. it had a nice variety each day, and i usually found something i liked. the palace is in a great location. Its close to the train station, the beach, and the shops. the staff was lovely and helpful.

the pool was a letdown. it seemed small considering the number of guests. the pool opens late at 10am. there were a lot of rules .
