outdated hotel needs updates
tv remote deposit parking insistence
i had to pay a deposit for the tv remote, a minor annoyance. at midnight, there was nobody at reception to answer my call. i inquired if delivery drivers could bring food to the room, and was told yes, but they were denied entry upon arrival. getting a parking spot required persistence. they also wanted a deposit for parking which i thought was quite cheeky

awesome location and friendly staff!
excellent location friendly staff
I appreciated the excellent location near the beach and shops! the staff was friendly and helpful . They provided directions and recommendations. the daily cleaning service kept everything tidy, a huge plus.
The tv remote required a deposit. I found this a bit inconvenient. it would be better if it was readily available in the room upon arrival. i think this process could be streamlined for a better guest experience.

the hotel offers good food options throughout the week! breakfast had a varied selection and provided a solid start to the day. the breakfast buffet included fresh choices and lots of food.

The cleaning service was daily and very effective! the staff were professional and helpful. all people are so kind and cute. It created a nice environment.

the room had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay! bed linen and beds were very good, and a top class bathroom provided extra comfort. everything was clean and well-kept.

beachfront getaway
top bathroom ideal area really good location
I found the buffet breakfast really good. It was the best i've had in many years of hotel stays. the waiting staff were very good and the bar and pool area were ideal. the location is amazing, just twenty yards from the beach with shops, bars, and cafes right outside.
the shower leaked slightly into the bedroom after use. putting down towels resolved this small issue easily.

fresh food excellent location helpful staff
The breakfast buffet included a wide selection of fresh food!!! the location is excellent. It is very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful at all times.
the air conditioning had a fixed temperature, and we couldn't adjust it ourselves.
