fantastic stay!
warm greeting complimentary cava reasonable prices fresh omelettes
the receptionist greeted me warmly and explained everything about the hotel. i got a complimentary glass of cava upon arrival which i really appreciated. the sky lounge is amazing. the breakfast buffet has lots of variety and a chef makes fresh omelettes.
the indoor pool and sky lounge required extra payment which was a bit of a surprise.

the hotel offers access to a sky lounge for a fee. deck chairs were available near the main swimming pool even when arriving late in the morning, around 11am.

the hotel has its own beach hut that features affordable prices for umbrellas and deck chairs. the beach is a short walk away and the city center is also easily accessible from the hotel.

the receptionist was friendly and provided detailed information about the hotel's facilities. the restaurant reception featured a very nice and friendly mature lady i really enjoyed interacting with her.

the superior double room provided ample space. coffee and tea making facilities were included in the room in addition to a mini fridge which was useful for storing drinks and snacks.

loud noise blocked sea view
The room was definitely lacking. it felt more like a budget motel than a supposed 5-star hotel. the noise was a major issue. I could hear everything from the hallway, including late-night door slams and early-morning chatter. plus, the promised sea view was mostly blocked by another building (i swear!).

The room was clean, and I got fresh towels daily. That was acceptable.
The dinner was served late. The serving hours were between 8 PM and 10 PM. It's too short. I felt rushed during dinner. The lack of an earlier dining option was inconvenient.
