solid stay by the beach

the hotel is really close to the beach it took me less than 5 minutes to walk there. the staff at reception were very helpful during check-in and throughout my stay. i was pleased to find a play area for children which was great for families. the hotel provided excellent value for the price i paid i would definitely consider returning
i found that the pool area seemed a little worn and could benefit from some refurbishment in the future

the hotel offers various facilities like a swimming pool table tennis and a kid club i observed. it also hosts different types of event parties such as halloween ghost hunts so families can enjoy varied entertainment. i also noticed a dedicated play area for children that seemed well kept and actively used.

the staff was efficient during check-in procedures making the arrival process smooth for all guests. the staff were very supportive and i found them to be very pleasant. diane was helpful providing information and assistance whenever needed making the experience even better.

the hotel is situated very close to the beach enabling easy access who love swimming. it is also near the shopping streets with several shops and restaurants. the location allowed convenient exploration and participation in local activities.

the location was acceptable the beach was nearby
the staff lacked basic courtesy i noticed they avoided eye contact often it felt as though smiles were a luxury at this hotel moreover obtaining a simple bath towel required a trip to the front desk due to malfunctioning phones it was frustrating

The room was clean and modern. I appreciated the fridge in the room (it kept my drinks cool!). The hotel is very close to the seaside. The breakfast had a very wide choice of foods.
The pool is small for the number of guests.

All the staff were very cute and worked to a high standard. The elegance of the hotel was amazing. The staff was friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food variety was excellent at both breakfast and dinner.
The beds were stuck together. I had requested single beds.

The staff at reception knew English. They explained everything I needed to know. Everyday, the cleaning lady cleaned the room. The staff were helpful and kind .
