Pineapple Fields features 32 condos in eight separate two-story yellow buildings. Each building contains four condominium-style apartments with private entries. Guests can request an upper unit in Building 1 or Building 2. Each apartment includes a full kitchen with a fridge and a dining table, plus a TV and air conditioning. Other amenities are ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, a terrace, a patio, garden furniture, free toiletries, a washing machine, and a dryer.
