Graycliff Restaurant offers Bahamian influenced Continental cuisine. The restaurant is split into four dining rooms, with a wine list from the Grand Award winning Wine Cellar. For lunch, the dress code is casual, while dinner requires elegant dress, with jackets suggested and no shorts allowed. The Lounge Bar at Graycliff Restaurant offers cocktail service every day from 11:30am to 11:30pm, known for its Champagne Cocktail and the Graycliff Special. Giotto Pizzeria provides traditional 12' thin crust pizzas cooked in a wood burning oven, with options ranging from the original Margherita and Meat Lovers to the Tropical with shrimp and mango. The Poolside Bar offers a full dining menu and bar service to guests. Humidor Churrascaria specializes in Brazilian barbecue, serving grilled meats alongside a buffet of salads, bean dishes, vegetables, and Brazilian specialties.

Guests can visit the Graycliff Cigar Company to witness skilled torcedores, take a Cigar Rolling Lesson, or participate in a Cigar and Rum pairing session.
