The Island House features 30 rooms and suites and six rental apartments. The Junior Suite (510 sq ft) includes 1-King Bed, a 150 sq ft terrace patio, air conditioning, and pool views. The Executive Suite (920 sq ft) has 1-King Bed, a sofa bed in the living room, a 520 sq ft terrace patio, air conditioning, and pool views. Premium King rooms (480 sq ft) located on higher floors also provide 1-King Bed, a patio, air conditioning, and garden views. Double rooms have 2-Queen Beds, a patio, air conditioning, and garden or ocean views. All rooms offer Wi-Fi, ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area.
Dining Options
The Island House provides multiple dining choices. Shima, located on the top floor, serves Southeast Asian cuisine with open-air dining. Bar Shima has inventive cocktails and a wine list. Mogano by Giorgio Locatelli offers Italian cuisine with pasta dishes and seasonal mains. It is open Wednesday to Monday from 5:30 PM and closed on Tuesdays. Mogano has spacious seating. The Market offers wine tasting and purchase options seven days a week. You can find breakfast Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 11 AM, weekend brunch from 7 AM to 2:30 PM, and lunch Monday to Friday from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
Leisure and Entertainment
The Island House includes a lap pool, movement studio, squash courts, and a 48-seat art house cinema with a 24 ft screen and 2K Barco projector. TIH Wellness Members access Movement Studio classes, a 24-hour gym, the lap pool, squash courts, unlimited cinema tickets, and The Outpost Flex-Desk workspace. The Bamford Spa offers Bamford's holistic treatments. Pilates classes are available at The Well studio led by Kathryn Stoneman. Stuart Cove's, which offers dive and snorkel operations, is less than ten minutes away. Exumas, where you can see swimming pigs, are located 80 miles from Nassau.

The Island House is 10 km from Lynden Pindling International Airport. Nearby landmarks include Chateau Del Mar (4 km), Captains Beach (0.5 km), and Primeval Forest National Park (2 km). Other points of interest are Richie's Transportation Services (4 km), South Ocean Beach (3.5 km), Stuart Cove's (3.5 km), Clifton Heritage National Park (4.5 km), and Love Beach (4 km). The hotel offers a beach shuttle to a white sand beach, which is less than 5 minutes away.

The Island House offers event spaces, including the Library and the Events Lawn, plus an 80-seat meeting room with A/V equipment. Housekeeping attends to the room twice daily. The hotel has the right to enter and refresh the guest room at least once within 48 hours of the stay. Guests choosing to leave the hotel during a storm warning will be refunded the unused portion of their stay.
