the location was central i walked to many attractions. the breakfast selection featured fresh pastries i especially enjoyed the croissants. the staff promptly addressed requests i had i received a quick resolution to an issue with the room safe.

the gym was small it lacked sufficient equipment for a proper workout.

the staff stored my luggage until my room was ready. my royale double room was spacious and clean. breakfast was delicious and provided amazing food.

The room lighting was awful. The curtains didn't cover the window properly.

The lighting was very dim throughout, including in my room, made reading difficult. The hotel needs brighter lights especially during the darker months. I noticed maintenance issues. For instance, the toilet roll holder was loose, and a light bulb was out. The carpets was grubby, and the paintwork showed significant wear. It detracts from the potential of this hotel. It could be special, but these shortcomings impacted my experience negatively.

the breakfast selection was extensive. i noticed many vegan and gluten-free options were available. the rooftop terrace offered a great spot for evening drinks.

i found the hallways to be a bit dimly lit.
