the reception staff gave a welcome drink upon arrival. they explained details about the hotel and surrounding area. sofia assisted with car hire needs. the breakfast was scrumptious with warm bread and fresh fruit (i loved the croissants!).

i found the parking situation a pain. i also felt uneasy about homeless people around the area at night. room 112 faced the street and restaurants. the noise was quite loud, especially at the weekend (it went on until the early hours!).
