The decor was lovely and modern throughout the hotel. The room was clean. Everything felt brand new. The bedding had a homely feel.

Some extra information about checking out when staff are not on site would be handy. Blackout curtains would also be a good addition.

More information about checking out when staff aren't there would have been useful in the room. Blackout curtains should be included. The room was too bright to sleep in because of outside lights and the shutters didn't block enough light.

the room was super clean and it had a wonderful design. gorgeous bedroom shutters were a highlight, and the high end bedroom furniture added to the experience. i found the shower to be fabulous (it was a treat!).

The tv placement was odd. it was difficult to see it properly from the bed. also. the noise from other rooms was noticeable. A group was quite loud early in the morning. opening and closing doors frequently! it disrupted my sleep

The room was very clean. it was well furnished. the bathroom was clean. It was also well appointed.

Blackout curtains are missing. they would improve sleep quality. the handheld shower head had poor pressure. It made it useless. there wasn't a desk, i needed it for work.
