The location was GREAT. It was very close to everything, a 5-minute walk to the grand pier. Lots of food places and shops were also very close. The room had a nice size and felt comfortable.
The bedding had seen better days. The information I received about parking was incorrect. I ended up in an expensive car park.

The owner, Sam, was very thorough during check-in. I had lots of tea, coffee, milk, and sugar in the room (I usually have to ask for more!). They were topped up the next day. The shower worked very well (strong pressure!).
The bedding seemed slightly worn.

Sam welcomed me warmly. He gave me useful local information. The whole building was super clean. My room had everything I needed, including a kettle with tea and coffee.
The bedding seemed old. I also found the information about parking to be out of date. This led to unexpected expenses at the NCP car park.
