The staff communicated very well. I didn't have to ask anything. it was beautifully decorated, super clean!!! the electronic check-in was straightforward. the bed in my room was very comfortable and the shower was powerful.

the skylight did not allow heat to escape the room very well.

The system felt unsecure. I was given the code to my allocated room only to find other guests items inside. an annoying tapping radiator next to the bed was very tedious.

The room was very clean and well-presented. Instructions for getting into the accommodation were clear, and it was simple to follow. The shower worked well, and I had easy access to everything I needed.

The radiator next to the bed made a slight tapping noise at times.

faulty key safe missing signage

I have some reservations. The key safe for room access proved problematic. It required a solid half-hour to rectify this situation. the entryway lacked proper signage. This oversight must be addressed. I expect clearer directions and functioning equipment upon arrival.

the room decoration had variety i liked. it was also very clean. the location is central.

i had a problem with the lights. they wouldn't turn off so i struggled to sleep. the stairs are steep. i think they could use a hand rail for safety.

Acceptable lodging with minor issues

tapping radiator insecure system

The radiator emitted a persistent tapping sound near the bed. This became quite bothersome. The room access system felt insecure. I found personal items of other guests already in my assigned room. I was assigned a substitute room after this issue. It had twin beds rather than a requested double.
