The room was very clean and well-presented. Instructions for getting into the accommodation were clear, and it was simple to follow. The shower worked well, and I had easy access to everything I needed.

The radiator next to the bed made a slight tapping noise at times.

faulty key safemissing signage

I have some reservations. The key safe for room access proved problematic. It required a solid half-hour to rectify this situation. the entryway lacked proper signage. This oversight must be addressed. I expect clearer directions and functioning equipment upon arrival.

the room decoration had variety i liked. it was also very clean. the location is central.

i had a problem with the lights. they wouldn't turn off so i struggled to sleep. the stairs are steep. i think they could use a hand rail for safety.

Acceptable lodging with minor issues

The radiator emitted a persistent tapping sound near the bed. This became quite bothersome. The room access system felt insecure. I found personal items of other guests already in my assigned room. I was assigned a substitute room after this issue. It had twin beds rather than a requested double.
