perfect location decent pubs busy restaurant spacious room

The location is good. It is close to parks, the city, and pubs. The restaurant was busy on a Tuesday night. This MEANS something. I was in a room in the building behind the restaurant.

the radiator in the room did NOT switch on. i was cold overnight and did not sleep well.

the double room private bathroom was impeccably clean. there were no signs of wear and tear. the beds were comfortable and the room was perfectly warm.

The radiator in the room did not switch on. i was cold overnight. I did not sleep well. i told the front desk, but nothing happened. i expected better.

the check-in was easy. Staff seemed friendly enough.

upon arrival, i noticed the radiator did not function in the room. the temperature became uncomfortably cold during the night.. this lack of heating made sleep difficult. the room felt quite small once luggage was inside.

the room was a good size. it felt modern. the walk-in shower was huge. the free wifi had fantastic speed. the restaurant is superb. the food is delicious and the service is fast.

The room was spacious and decorated nicely. The location was ideal, very close to the city's main attractions. The staff members were helpful. They addressed my needs quickly. The restaurant food was AMAZING!!!

The room radiator did not work. It got quite cold during the night, resulting in poor sleep. I didn't manage to have a good rest at all (it was really bad).
