central location with helpful staff
prime location helpful recommendation
the hotel is in a prime location near many attractions. metro and bus stops are very close. front desk staff provided helpful recommendations for tapas and paella.
the television in my room did not work initially. even after it was fixed, available channels remained limited. it was an inconvenience.

quiet room blackout curtains convenient location
My room was quiet. Blackout curtains helped me sleep well. The location is central to many great restaurants. It is also next to the metro station making the train station easily accessible.
The television had limited channels after repair.

Excellent Location and Clean Rooms

The room was cleaned daily. It had all necessary items including a kettle with coffee. Reception staff seemed really pleasant. The single room had a little balcony even if it was a bit run down.
The television did not work properly and then the available channels were very limited after repairs.

Check-in and check-out occurred smoothly. The staff called a cab for me when I left. A cleaning lady was thoughtful and provided an electrical adapter I needed and the room was cleaned every day.
