i enjoyed the hotel. the staff was friendly. the beach access was simple. i found the breakfast at the italian restaurant good (especially the pastries!). the pools were clean. i spent time at the adults-only pool (i even took a nap on a lounger!). the rooftop bar provided lovely views. our room had a shower with good water pressure. the balcony overlooked the ocean. the premier oceanfront room offered fine views of the water.
the food felt inconsistent. i thought they used some older ingredients. sometimes, food tasted fresh.

The beach had cabanas with service and white sand. warm sea made swimming enjoyable. i liked the italian and oriental restaurants. They tasted great. the buffet had a variety of food and drinks most of the day!
The adult pool was shockingly cold. It was not heated.

i really loved the vip perks. friendly staff were always available. the resort felt so clean. it. we especially loved our room with a plunge pool. it was kept super clean. the bali beds outside gave us a lot of relaxation.
the buffet food quality was not consistent. it sometimes seemed like they reused old food. this happened a few times. cold showers were a frequent issue as well. no one seemed to address it.

the bed was too HARD. i couldn't get a good nights sleep because of it.
