the swimming pool wasn't too busy, a relief.
the food quality lacked something, especially the breakfast. i waited in long lines at the buffet, a total drag for an all-inclusive resort. the cultural diversity of dishes were also absent.

Friendly service from Jose and Wilbert was amazing at the buffet. They remembered my name and brought me drinks without me asking.
Unfortunately, the activities staff was not very good. Activities listed in the schedule often did not happen or no one could answer what the activities even were. The pool staff and events were lackluster with so many families at the resort.
