I found the location very convenient, especially for exploring the city. The airport shuttle had a stop just outside. Catching the shuttle across from the building for my return was easy. The room was spacious, clean, and the kitchenette was well equipped. I appreciated having laundry facilities available on my floor. The staff was attentive and helpful.

The heater in the room was not very effective, and it was a little challenging to get the room warm enough. I noticed there were no extra blankets available.

The hotel is next to many stores and restaurants. There is a large table and stools in the lobby. There is also a couch and chairs available, easy to meet with someone.

grateful city stay

excellent location easy access good size apartment streamlined processes

the location was excellent. access to lambton quay was very easy. our two-bedroom apartment was a good size for our family. check-in and check-out were streamlined processes. i appreciated being able to exit directly onto lambton quay.. everything was very convenient.

i noticed a very slight musty odour in the hallway, but it did not affect the room itself.

check-in was efficient with friendly staff present. requests for extra towels were handled quickly. the staff provided clear directions to nearby attractions and offered helpful suggestions for local dining options, nice.

the two-bedroom apartment was spacious with distinct areas for sleeping and relaxing. the kitchen included a full-sized refrigerator, a microwave, and a stovetop. bathrooms featured ample counter space and strong water pressure, and that was great.

the hotel's proximity to lambton quay made it very easy to explore shops and restaurants. access to public transportation was convenient, including the bus station and the ferry terminal. the area felt safe and walkable, and that was important.

Central Location is Great

helpful staff excellent location fresh room

Staff were very friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. The location is excellent, you are right in the city center. The place had good proximity to food, supermarkets and shops, it was near buses and trains. The room was clean and fresh, it was also quiet!

The worst part was that there were no extra pillows or blankets for our beds. The duvet on the bed did not fit well. The bathroom had no fan and the shower had some pink mold.

Location is very handy to shops, restaurants and a WOW venue. Entrances on both sides make it easy to get around. I found the central stay nice.
