the heat pump in the room was inadequate and it was cold. the room faced a busy road.

The hotel has modern interiors and well-kept grounds. I loved the swimming pool! The staff members were helpful. The location offers easy access to restaurants. The updated bathroom was a plus. The gym and restaurant provided added convenience .

My door did not shut properly. I saw a bow in the door. This caused it to sit less flush against the wall.

The staff went out of their way to ensure guests were well looked after. The reception staff were efficient during check-in. I appreciated the attentive approach that created a cute atmosphere for everyone staying there.

The restaurant offers a great sunday roast. The breakfast vouchers were useful for accessing the dining options. The restaurant service downstairs was excellent. I found the culinary experiences to be a highlight of my stay.
