underwhelming stay with notable issues

broken air conditioning small luggage rack

my stay felt sadly lackluster. the hallways was dark, which didnt helped the mood. the air conditioning was broken in my room and the phone too did not work at all, i had to walk to the front desk for assistance, it was not convenient. finally, the luggage rack in the room was terribly small, barely able to hold my suitcase, it created a problem of space.

superb location really good service nice night

i loved the superb location. the rooms were great! the service was really good, and the atmosphere was awesome. the staff helped me plan a nice night for my anniversary.

i found the hotel restaurant abysmal! it seemed understaffed and disorganized. the wait time was excessive and the food didn't justify the price.

the qt beautiful king room featured a king-size bed and ample space. i noted the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. blackout curtains helped ensure restful sleep at night.

the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i saw the hotel provided complimentary toiletries and fresh towels daily. the pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded section.

the room was quite clean and modern i was given prosecco and chocolates for my anniversary even flowers i also liked the bar staff who were very helpful the art was cool too. i liked the quality linen and the super comfortable king size bed and pillows. the artwork in the foyer and reception was very cool it added to the vibe of the hotel.

the valet service seemed hopeless when i needed my car on saturday there was no one at the concierge desk.
