peeling wallpapersmall bathroom

i was a bit disappointed. the room, a double room ground floor, felt somewhat dated. the wallpaper was peeling in a couple of spots, and the bathroom was really small (i almost bumped my elbows every time i turned around!). also, the breakfast was just ok. there wasn't any fresh fruit, and the juice tasted like it came straight from a carton. i think with a little more attention to detail, it could be a much better experience.

the grounds were beautiful the gardens offered gorgeous views i also loved the warm welcome with tea and welsh cakes upon arrival the staff. the staff was friendly and helpful all requests were handled efficiently.

the dinner menu remained the same for the duration of my stay i thought it could benefit from more variety the combinations were sometimes unnecessarily fussy which limited my choices.

the hotel is at the end of a long quiet drive great for a relaxing break plenty of outdoor space is available and a shortcut footpath goes through the grounds to three cliffs bay.

the staff members were friendly and helpful they readily provided assistance the service was perfect throughout the stay and the team accommodated all our requests promptly they were always cheerful.

i found the staff genuinely helpful and cute. my room included tea and welsh cakes upon arrival a nice touch. the hotel also provides electric car charging points i needed this. i could easily walk to three cliffs bay directly from the grounds.

the hotel can only accept tips in cash so i had to make sure i had enough with me to reward the excellent service
