mixed feelings about the stay
vegan optionsinconvenient attitude
I was quite disappointed with a few things . first, the vegan options were really lacking. it reminded me of an afterthought, and i ended up ordering in. also, the attitude i got when i asked for cutlery was just awful. I was told it was "very inconvenient".

i appreciated the well appointed room i stayed in. the bed was REALLY comfortable, ensuring restful sleep. high quality towels were available, and tolietries were also provided. extras like welsh cakes and hot chocolate.
the jacuzzi plastic surround was loose, and it was covered in dirt. the pool was not clean. i think they need a good cleaner to improve these things.

staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. elizabeth, rachael, and reagan particularly stood OUT, going above and beyond to. one highlight was a private demonstration of how the staff milk the cows.

my room was spacious and comfortable, ideal for my stay. the modern shower and toilet facilities were a great addition. it was very clean, warm, and cosy.

The staff was friendly and always smiling. I liked the recommendation from the receptionist for a walk. Laugharne was a very nice place. The swimming pool was large, and I appreciated the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi being available. (The pool was a highlight.)
The check-in process was not very smooth. This was misleading and created some waiting time. I also experienced cold showers in the room before dinner.
