warm welcome attentive service glass-bottom boat pristine beach
the staff impressed us with their warm welcome. their attentive service also. there are free activities including glass-bottom boat rides. the pristine beach provided a relaxing trip.

our beautiful sea view room had perfect cleaning. general cleanliness was evident throughout the hotel also. the design promoted relaxation, we loved the atmosphere.

the breakfast was amazing. i especially enjoyed the chocolate and pistachio swirl. i also liked the option of a la carte menu for every meal. they prepared anything i asked.

There is a water station next to the pool. It offered lemon and rosemary infused water. the hotel also provided both still and sparkling water. brushes were available next to the beach to remove sand.

We choose hotel for celebrate our anniversary, and it exceeds every expectation. This hotel is a step above the rest. everything about the experience feels special. The design, atmosphere, and attention to detail creates a space that feels luxurious and relaxed.
The menu lacked variety and the quality was substandard. The people of the staff are always smiling, and ready to help, despite they don't seem very prepared.

adequate stay overall

aesthetic design clean rooms missing fridge ironing issue
i found the hotel design very aesthetic. the rooms are clean with a good cleaning team. the location and food were good value for money.
i noticed that the hotel does not have a mini fridge in the room. there was no iron or ironing board until i requested them.
