impersonal check-in limited buffet selection

The check-in was quick but lacked a personal touch, feeling more like a transaction than a welcome. service at the bars could improve. I often had to search for staff. the food at the buffet was disappointing. The selection felt limited, and dishes weren't always replenished promptly. i found the lack of variety frustrating, especially after a few days (it felt repetitive). i believe more attention to detail in the buffet service is needed.
