The check-in process was very efficient, my room was ready upon arrival. i was very grateful for a special meal prepared outside of allocated lunch hours. This allowed my daughter to take necessary medication. i took part in several water activities that came included in my stay. the all inclusive package proved convenient.

i found the staff very attentive and always ready to assist. our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding, which i valued. i particularly enjoyed the complimentary water activities included in the all-inclusive package. the snorkeling right off the beach allowed us to see lots of corals and fish, a highlight of my stay.

the music at night was loud. it ended at 11 p.m. precisely.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location near the beach. daily room cleaning with fresh towels was provided. snorkelling was free, and i saw lots of fish and corals right off the beach. The hotel offered free mask and fins.

the proximity to the airport meant i constantly heard airplanes taking off, a bit disturbing at times. this was my only negative point.
