Henry Deane, a split-level cocktail bar and restaurant on the top two floors, serves lunch and dinner with a menu designed for sharing, crafted by Head Chef Cian Mulholland, and offers views of Sydney Harbour. Dishes include octopus with spicy sauce and prawn and asparagus risotto. There is a good old-fashioned pub grub menu, with a selection of both light and hearty food, brought to you by Head Chef Martin Roberts.
