clean room comfortable bed convenient location

the location is very convenient. it is right next to the train station in a busy area. the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. i found it a good value for the price.

i found a very slight stain on one of the towels.

Uneven stay NEAR myeongdong

unfriendly staff bathroom mold

This hotel claimed to be a four-star hotel. that is definitely pushing it, in MY opinion. i discovered mold in the bathroom. also, the staff seemed rather unfriendly and uninterested in resolving the issues. i don't appreciate having to ask for basic cleaning upon arrival. It set a bad tone for my stay.
