The bathroom layout really annoyed me. It seemed poorly designed. it's like the entire bathroom becomes the shower stall when you use it, so theres no good place to keep towels or clothes dry and thats not convenient. also, the staff english skills were a little lacking, this made communication a bit difficult at times. i also found it frustrating that breakfast didnt start until 7:30. A little too late for anyone with an early start.

i found the location to be convenient for accessing various attractions (like the myeongdong market!). the staff was multilingual, a real plus. my room was kept very clean, and i appreciated the presence of laundry facilities on the reception floor. i even found a cu and starbucks right in the building, very handy.
the absence of a gym was a minor disappointment .

okay but some downsides
stained carpetbathroom design
the room size really surprised me it felt smaller than advertised the stained carpet was a bit off-putting to see. also the bathroom setup was strange. the shower was directly next to the bathtub without a proper enclosure so water splashed everywhere it made keeping the bathroom floor dry difficult. i wish they'd improve the bathroom design and pay more attention to cleaning the carpets.
The location is great with easy access to public transit. I could walk to many attractions and restaurants nearby. The staff were nice and always available to help. The cleanliness throughout the building was amazing and I found this important for my stay.
I would have preferred more variety in the breakfast buffet . More healthy options are necessary.
