excellent stay in hongdae

central location daily towels immediate contact helpful staff

i appreciated the central hongdae location it gave easy access to the metro station. the hotel provided slippers and changed towels daily a helpful touch. i also liked that the staff contacted us immediately via email when we left chargers in the room allowing us to retrieve them through friends.

the swimming pool required an extra fee for in-house guests which i found a bit unexpected.

the standard twin room provided sufficient space it was clean and tidy perfect for my needs. the bathroom had good amenities i found it comfortable for daily use. the room also featured a functional layout with adequate storage.

while i did not have breakfast included i noted a lounge area in the hotel that looked comfortable. i observed other guests enjoying coffee and snacks in the lounge area. the hotel also has various coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

fifth floor gym laundry service pleasant view

the hotel features a gym on the fifth floor with good views. the laundry service was useful for my needs. my city view from the fifteenth floor was pleasant.

the air conditioning was somewhat inconsistent (it fluctuated between not cool enough and too cold).

inconvenient reception closed pool

The reception's location on the 21st floor was SO inconvenient. I had to go up and down multiple times when checking out with my luggage. the pool was closed, a major disappointment (I mean, seriously?).

Excellent Stay, Convenient Location and Great Amenities

The subway station was a short walk away! This provided direct access to the airport. Shops and restaurants across the road made dining easy. Complimentary luggage storage after checkout was very useful. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean, with a decent size.

The hotel was a bit pricey. I found the pool access fee for in-house guests unacceptable.
