I was very happy with my room. it was super tidy from check-in through check-out. Hotel and facilities were well maintained. staff members were friendly and helpful. I think they invest back in their employees. the hotel held a staff appreciation day on the beach .

The hotel was a bit noisy. I could hear everything happening around me. i was changed to a room with less noise and it was much better, though it wasn't ideal if you want rest.

I found the room to be very clean. This was definitely appreciated. amenities were good with convenient proximity to shops, restaurants and central areas. they also kept luggage for us. I could still use the pool after checkout, and had access to a shower room before my departure.
