the location is very good. i found the pool quite nice. the breakfast had a lot of options (especially the fruits!).
the reception staff seemed a little rude. i think they were understaffed. the outside of the buildings looked a bit run down.

FANTASTIC experience!
egg stationmagical atmosphere
I found the breakfast buffet very excellent. I enjoyed the egg station with BOTH Asian and continental options. The hotel offers many services. Laundry and taxi bookings are available at reception. MORNING bird sounds created a magical atmosphere, I LOVED it!

the staff at the pool bar were very attentive i especially remember pui, aeylin, and au who made sure everyone was well looked after the gardener maintained the grounds perfectly ensuring a super clean environment rooms 3111 and 4302 were a good size for our group the location was also superb with easy access to nearby attractions.
storage in the rooms was limited only a hanging rail was available and drawers were absent for long stays this made organizing clothes somewhat difficult

the beautiful double room featured a large bed and a separate seating area the air conditioning worked efficiently maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my stay the bathroom included both a shower and a bathtub.

the hotel is situated very close to the beach and also to a busy walking street restaurants and bars were within easy walking distance the beach offered massage services at reasonable prices enhancing convenience.

the pool area included plenty of sun beds ensuring everyone had space to relax wheelchairs were available needing assistance buffet breakfast included a good selection of items suiting various tastes.

the beach bar food was good value especially during happy hour drinks were discounted between 1 pm and 4 pm breakfast offered a wide variety of options providing a satisfying start to the day.
