admirable seafront villa
constant greetings seamless blend complete cleanliness
i really appreciate the greetings from every staff member. they were always available to help. when i chose a sunbed, the pool attendant quickly covered it with fluffy towels and offered water, which he kept refilling. the seamless blend of the pool area and beach was a plus. i was delighted with the cleanliness of the entire resort.
i found the gym air conditioning barely worked. it's an important amenity that needs proper maintenance. the temperature made workouts uncomfortable during the heat of the day.

the villa was well-furnished and modern, had large spaces, and had all luxury amenities one could need, complete with thoughtful details like mosquito repellent. the housekeeper checked the room twice daily and brought afternoon snacks, providing attentive service to all guests for a convenient stay.

the main pool was quite large. the gym features modern equipment and offers space for exercise and workouts, perfect for active guests. a buggy was always available to transport senior citizens and those with mobility issues.

Nice Stay with Great Service
I stayed for five nights and loved the easy access to the beach, the pool, and the restaurants. The staff arranged buggies for getting around the resort and taxis into town. Plentiful water was available throughout my stay, a welcome touch given the heat. I also appreciated the WhatsApp number for making requests.
Enhancing food variety at the breakfast buffet could improve the experience. The current selection, though delicious, could benefit from more options.

inconsistent air conditioning minimal breakfast selection
The air conditioning was INCONSISTENT, directing air right onto the bed. This made sleeping uncomfortable. the breakfast selection felt minimal compared to other 5-star hotels I have visited. (The juice bar was great though.)

Amazing Stay, I Will Be Back
private beach calm atmosphere
The resort had a private beach cove that IS AMAZINGLY beautiful. The atmosphere was wonderfully calm. I felt totally relaxed. The separated pools included an adults-only option. This meant I could choose an extra calm pool. It was great!

i liked how every staff member greets you always. a pool person covers your sunbed in fluffy towels. the beach blends into the pool area perfect.
the gym had poor air conditioning, and this affected workout comfort.

the level of personal service was excellent, and everyone was attentive. kookik, rain, and reen provided friendly service during breakfast. obb and fon gave smiles at fish tales restaurant.

poor air conditioning average food
I encountered a couple of issues . The gym's air conditioning was barely functional. the non-Thai food quality was very average. Drinks were quite expensive for Thailand. Prices rivaled those in the United States, which I found surprising. I expected better value considering the location.
