charming stay with good touches

karim led the staff and they were very friendly. the room felt really cosy. there was a happy vibe throughout the place. i found it a good budget option for my needs. the hotel created a homely feeling that large hotels just don't have (i'm not kidding!).
the lighting in the main bedroom did not work, though the bulb was replaced. there was a large cobweb in the bathroom. this was a slight inconvenience .

the bus route to the city centre is convenient. this made getting around easy for exploring local attractions. i found the location really accessible for my travel plans.

the staff was very friendly and helpful and quickly addressed the minor issues i had. the italian restaurant located on site was very convenient for a quick meal. the location also provided easy access to the city center via the bus route nearby.
the bathroom shelf needed some repair.

The standard double room i stayed in had a comfortable bed. I slept well. the room was also tidy and included expected amenities for a comfortable overnight stay. decor was nice with pictures on the walls.

An italian restaurant is on site. I found it good. the outdoor seating area looked nice. there was an easy bus route to the city center. This made getting around simple.

Staff were helpful. The restaurant located at the hotel was really good. I found a parking spot easily.
There was a problem with the TV, he managed to fix it for us, but he was so busy. The room was clean but looked tired.
