i received a complimentary upgrade to a suite upon arrival i found the facilities beautiful and the pool very clean. the location was perfect for a short walk into the main area. staff at the bar were great i especially enjoyed the reasonably priced food and drinks at the hotel.

i found the sound isolation in the room to be not ideal conversations or showers in neighboring rooms were clearly audible.

the room included a comfortable king size bed and fresh towels daily. the bathroom had a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries i found these amenities very useful. the balcony offered views of the surrounding landscape.

the staff provided prompt assistance with luggage upon arrival they were consistently responsive to requests. the front desk arranged transportation and provided local information i found the service efficient. housekeeping ensured the room was clean daily.

The hotel boasts modern, stylish design which aligns with santorini's traditional architecture. the multiple pools feature comfortable loungers. the breakfast buffet includes fresh bread, eggs, and a station for omelets. our room was upgraded to a spacious junior suite. It had white walls and a large balcony (i really enjoyed the upgrade).

The hotel features three pools. It also boasts new decor and up to date furnishings.

I did expect more from this hotel. The air conditioning in the room didn't work well. the shower area lacked a door, causing water to spill everywhere.
