The location is great it is only a few minutes from the bus station and restaurants. The staff were helpful and friendly to me. There was a communal lounge area with free tea and coffee it was a bonus. I loved the pool for a quick dip.
I followed that wrong direction to get there. It took me more than half an hour and wasted my time. The hotel wasn't friendly at first.

I found my room very clean and well kept. The staff organized a day trip. I saw many sights, so that was great. The hotel also provides airport and port shuttle services.
The bathroom had small ants. I noticed they came in through tiny wall cracks.

Excellent Location and Friendly Staff!

The staff are very cute. They helped organize transport to the ferry, which I found very convenient. Seeing as my check out was at 11 AM and the ferry pick up was at 2 PM, they allowed me to use their spare bathroom to shower before I left. This made my travel day so much better!
The hotel wasn't ideally soundproofed, and some noise from outside was audible.

The room was spacious, with a large balcony. It was clean, well-kept, and better than I expected. I found the bed comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well, keeping the room cool.

The location was unbeatable. It was next to the walking street. it also was very close to the bus station. the staff helped arrange a taxi. This made my departure easy.

The location was pretty good. It was only a few minutes walk to the main square.
The driver assigned to take us to the port was quite rude and angry. he started berating us because he wanted to leave earlier. This made us very uncomfortable. also, the room wasn't great. It was dark with only one window.
