the room was fantastic! i really loved the hot tub and the fine balcony view. the porter service was super helpful with our luggage, especially with all the stairs (a real lifesaver!).

The hotel could use some updating. The pool area was a bit outdated and the furniture seemed quite basic. the pictures online showed a more luxurious setup, which wasn't really the case (a bit disappointing).

the staff was helpful arranging an early morning taxi. my room had a balcony with great caldera views. i enjoyed having breakfast delivered to my room!

the wifi signal was weak in some areas of the hotel!
