i found the food to be varied each day. ahmed assem took care of my room he was very helpful.
the poolside furniture needs an upgrade especially the mattress. i observed some dubious stains there the entertainment team did not interact well with guests.

The condition of the bathroom in my room felt somewhat dated, particularly the floor. It did not fully match my expectations for a hotel like this.
