Wonderful stay with excellent service
spacious room clean room
The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Staff accommodated our requests in a timely manner. The coral reef is accessible from the beach, nice for snorkeling. The grounds of the resort are well kept by the staff.
The premium all inclusive dinner was closed because of building work. We paid extra, so i think i should have been warned about the building work.

The hotel staff provided excellent support and hospitality, readily accommodating requests, especially in the restaurants and bars (they are always friendly). This proactive service greatly enhanced the overall experience.

The resort offered a very good buffet with lots of options. Themed restaurants required reservations, so plan accordingly to explore varied cuisines. The beach bar provided a great view and attentive service.

The hotel provides direct beach access. The coral reef offered snorkeling opportunities just off the shore. The premises were clean and organized for a relaxing stay.

the grounds are kept beautifully maintained. it was lovely to walk around during the day.
i expected more variety at the buffet. there were no plant-based options and the quality of the food was cheap.

nonexistent pool sugary drinks
The room cleaner did a decent job each day. That's something.
This place pretends to be fancy, but it's not. the so-called salty pools? a total lie. There weren't any. drinks were just cheap alcohol disguised with sugary syrups. I ended up sticking to beer.

super clean room fully stocked room gorgeous beach diverse food
my room, a superior room garden view, was always super clean and fully stocked with water. the beach? gorgeous! the snorkeling was really something, even with some wind. the super nice team and always smiling. the food was very diverse at the buffet, always lots to pick. i feel safe there!

the grounds are nicely maintained and beautiful. the pools are clean and spacious with lifeguards always present. there is also a well equipped gym that includes modern equipment and ample space for workouts.

the main dining area had many options at each meal. i saw a range of cuisines and live cooking stations were there. fresh fruits and desserts were available constantly throughout the day.

the hotel staff were very attentive. they responded fast to requests and solved any issues promptly. the guest relations team was especially helpful in organizing activities for me.
