Adequate Stay
attentive staff good service nice pool strange spirits poor cocktail scary experience
I liked Amir at the adult pool. He brought us drinks when he saw our glasses was empty. Mohamed from the lobby bar was also very good. He served us and took care of us.
Alcoholic cocktails are not what you expect.

Wonderful stay with excellent service
spacious room clean room
The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Staff accommodated our requests in a timely manner. The coral reef is accessible from the beach, awesome for snorkeling. The grounds of the resort are well kept by the staff.
The premium all inclusive dinner was closed because of building work. We paid extra, so i think i should have been warned about the building work.
Service
10/10
The hotel staff provided excellent support and hospitality, readily accommodating requests, especially in the restaurants and bars (they are always friendly). This proactive service greatly enhanced the overall experience.
Dining
9/10
The resort offered a very good buffet with lots of options. Themed restaurants required reservations, so plan accordingly to explore varied cuisines. The beach bar provided a great view and attentive service.
Location
9/10
The hotel provides direct beach access. The coral reef offered snorkeling opportunities just off the shore. The premises were clean and organized for a relaxing stay.
Facilities
9/10
Multiple pools offer variety, with both sweet and salt water options. A private beach with a pier extended into the coral reefs (where you can explore marine life). Beach towels were available at the pools.

i expected more variety at the buffet. there were no plant-based options and the quality of the food was cheap.

mediocre at best
nonexistent pool sugary drinks
The room cleaner did a decent job each day. That's something.
This place pretends to be fancy, but it's not. the so-called salty pools? a total lie. There weren't any. drinks were just cheap alcohol disguised with sugary syrups. I ended up sticking to beer.
