the variety of pools suited everyone's needs i noted heated options for cooler times. the room was very clean a daily service i found consistent. i also used the gym facilities mahmoud elsayed was there he was very helpful.

the food options became repetitive after a few days i noticed limited variety. the entertainment felt uncoordinated it did not always follow the schedule. i also found that some areas lacked elevators this was a problem with luggage.

A Decent Stay Overall

good service friendly staff clean grounds varied pools constant smoking slippery floors loud music

The bars had good service. The staff remembered orders easily. The grounds were also clean, I thought. Pools were varied and offered a lot of options.

Smoking near the pools was constant. I did not like it. Floors were slippery, actually. Music around the pool was too loud, sadly.

Wonderful stay!

super clean resort friendly staff lovely food

Everything was super clean. The resort is quite big! and there is something to do for everyone. I love you can even bring your family here. The food has such a lovely taste. The staff is friendly. I would certainly come back again, thank you for having us!

I found that the alcohol drinks were horrible, made with cheap base spirits. This was very disappointing as we had an all-inclusive package.
