underwhelming experience
locked gates no restaurant
the room was spacious.
upon arrival, i discovered both gates were locked with no obvious way to contact anyone. i called the provided number, but received no response. eventually, someone was, unlocked the gates and showed me to my room. there was no restaurant or bar available and the gates were padlocked behind me, unsettling.

the staff were very cute. rooms were spacious and quiet. the venue had a top standard quality.
the gates WERE closed on arrival, with difficult access.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay
microwaved naan unexpected charge
I encountered issues with dining . The restaurant's limited menu lacked variety. My garlic naan was clearly microwaved and tasted like rubber. A request for yogurt to cool down the curry resulted in an unexpected charge. The service felt unprofessional, especially when the bill arrived with unexplained extra charges.

helpful introduction perfect room
The manager personally escorted me to my room. The Standard King Room was excellent. I was given an introduction to the room features, helpful. This. I found the food to be very good. The meal was well presented and had perfect flavors. The bed provided really good comfort. The room itself was clean as new!
During my visit, it seemed the hotel grounds were undergoing some redevelopment.
