tea service kind staff cozy heater
The room had everything i needed. tea and coffee were provided, along with a kettle. there was a heater in the room, so it was cozy. i was also able to leave my bag for collection later. The staff was very kind.
the wi-fi signal was a bit weak, making it SOMETIMES slow to connect.

friendly staff comfortable bed steep climb damp smell
i really liked the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. the room i got was very clean and modern. the bed was comfortable too!!!
There wasn't a lift, so it was a steep climb up to my room with cases. damp was noticeable throughout the bathroom. I could smell it.

friendly staff clean room super clean room
The staff greeted me at the door and were helpful. They escorted me to my room and asked if i needed anything. The room was VERY clean and super clean!!!
The hotel did not have food available onsite.

surprisingly lovely stay
helpful staff friendly staff clean room well-kept room
I found the staff helpful and friendly. they showed me to my room and were quick to assist with anything i needed. the room was impressively clean. Everything felt fresh and well-kept.
i noticed some noise from outside during the evening.

the room was clean and functional, equipped with all necessary amenities. the bed provided great comfort, made for restful sleep. the en suite bathroom was also clean and well kept.

there was no breakfast, but several restaurants are nearby. there are also many local shops just a short walk away, so getting snacks was easy. i could get food and drinks nearby.

the hotel offers parking at the back of the building. the parking lot had sufficient space. the hotel's location is near the train station and bus routes, made travel simple.

the location is excellent with the town center only minutes away. the walk to shops took around ten minutes. the surrounding area has numerous local facilities.

amazing stay!
helpful staff clean room free parking
The staff was helpful and cute! the rooms were clean and comfy. plenty of free parking is available, rare! i left a jumper in the wardrobe. The staff kept it safe for me to collect. i REALLY appreciated that!
there was a slight noise from a nearby pub, but earplugs helped a lot.

Lots of shops and places provide food locally, with choices for meals and snacks. This convenience is a HUGE plus after a long day.

The room was nice and neat, including tea and coffee provisions. A kettle and two ginger biscuits were also in the room, giving it a cute touch.
