excellent stay in the heart of everything

the location was central, a short walk to key spots like long street and bree street. i felt very secure during the day, and the staff escorted me at night, really helpful. there is also a bank close by, and the staff accompanied me there and back in the evenings. the room was very clean, and the bar upstairs was perfect for a nightcap.
the elevators seemed a little slow sometimes.

i found the breakfast to be quite decent (especially the fresh fruit!). the bar upstairs provided a nice atmosphere for evening drinks and offered a good selection of cocktails.

the hotel is in the heart of everything, with easy access to restaurants and shops. i walked to most places and used uber when it was late. it is near st george's mall and greenmarket square.

the room was really clean. it had lots of room and the bathroom was big with nice toiletries. the windows in our room rattled as it was very windy but we sorted it out by stuffing paper in the gaps, it worked. staff were super friendly and helpful, they arranged our pick up from the airport and taxi to our next destination.
One very slight negative thing. You cannot park near to the entrance.

the location was central to many tourist spots. i easily walked to longstreet and bree street. staff members escorted me to nearby banks in the evening, which i found very helpful. my room was clean and the upstairs bar was nice (i enjoyed a nightcap!).
the air conditioning in my room did not work. the hotel was fully booked, so a room change was not possible. i hope they can fix that soon.

The staff were friendly and helpful at all times.
The air conditioning in my room did not work. The hotel was fully booked, so they could not move me to another room. This made for an uncomfortable night.
